How I calculated the Retention?

I conducted an analysis of platform users in 2022 and tracked their activities to determine their retention rate. Retention was defined as the percentage of users who returned for another transaction in 2023. Sweat emerged as the most popular platform on the Near chain, boasting a retention rate of 47%. This means that out of the 2 million unique wallets that used Sweat in 2022, approximately 973,000 of them returned or consistently used Sweat in 2023. Despite having the highest number of users in 2022, Kucoin had a lower retention rate, with only 1,700 users having another transaction in 2023.
