The first graph is going to show you the first time upgrades for different accounts that happen each day. There are new accounts upgrading every day, but there is only a difference of 19 accounts per day, which is not a major difference. If you look at the second graph you can see that the difference between the new account upgrades during January and December are almost exactly the same. There are differences everyday, but the average look to be very similar.
