- Ticker, Market capitalization, and fully diluted value.
\
- From the chart, we can see how the price of Flow fungible tokens has changed over time.
- Flow is the token with the highest price among all tokens in the ecosystem.
- All of them are going down in value in 2022, except for SPRT, whose price rose sharply that year before going down with the other tokens later that year.
2.Swaps on Flow activities analysis
- The chart on the right indicates the number of new users and cumulative number of new users on Flow over time
- The number of new users increased quickly over time and reached over 7M on Nov 2022
- The number of users witnessed the biggest growth during Jun 2022 when several hundreds thousands new users coming to the ecosystem everyday.
- The chart on the right indicates the number of new DEX users and cumulative number of new DEX users on Flow over time
- The number of new users increased quickly over time and reached over 8260 on Nov 2022
- The number of DEX users increased gradually over time with some months with high growth like Jan 2022, Mar 2022 and May 2022
3.Bridge to/from Flow activities analysis
Solana and Ethereum have roughly the same number of bridgors to the FLOW, whereas BSC will have the fewest in 2022.
These data allow us to conclude that the average volume of Ethereum traders is greater than that of Solana and BSC, and that BSC has the lowest scores for the three analyzed characteristics.
The charts indicates the number of unique users of outbound bridges per day since 2022 on different blockchains.
As can be seen, most of the users are from Ethereum with total 4299 users.
Solana only has 1827 users while BSC has 1087 users
The charts on the right indicates the number of outbound bridge transactions by different tokens.
As can be seen, STARLY is the token with the highest bridge transaction on one day.
The charts indicates the USD of outbound bridge transactions by different tokens and by different chains
As can be seen, STARLY is the token with the highest amount on one day.
As can be seen, BSC is the chain with the highest amount on one day.
Conclusions
\
- By the middle of the year 2022, most people were using FLOW DEXs. Also, the data shows that the number of active users and new users of FLOW DEXs has grown over time.
- The most trades were made on FLOW DEXs in January, and then the number of trades started to go down. We can look at the amount of USD swaps on DEXs with a different number. Volume and quantity of USD swaps are going in different directions, which is an interesting discovery. This disproves the idea that a rise in the number of swaps would lead to a rise in their USD volume.
- There are the most and most valuable swaps in USDT. FUSD is the next most-traded token, but its volume in USD is not the second-highest. Since then, FLOW and FUSD have done about the same number of swaps, but the amounts of USD they have traded are different. Not many people trade and other tokens on FLOW.
- The volume of most swaps on FLOW is between $100 and $1,000, while the volume of the other half is between $10 and $100. Also, since there aren't many trades for more than $100,000 on FLOW, we can assume whale activity isn't very high there.
- Solana, Ethereum, and BSC all have about the same number of bridges to the FLOW, but BSC will have the least in 2022. Based on these facts, we can say that Solana and BSC traders do less business on average than Ethereum traders, and BSC also gets the lowest ratings for the three things we looked at.
- There are a lot more unique outbound recruits than inbound recruits. Ethereum, like other charts, has the most brokers (Inbound on Ethereum over 1600 and Outbound on Ethereum over 4,000). People are taking money out of the FLOW ecosystem, as shown by these graphs.

What is Flow?
- Flow is one of the best blockchains for apps, NFTs, and games of the next generation. It's made to grow without using sharding techniques, so transactions are quick and cheap.
- Flow's main goal is to make things simpler than they are in other blockchains. For example, let's say you want to buy a CryptoKitty. This process can involve dozens of blockchain transactions behind the scenes. But on Flow, the same action is handled by a single atomic transaction in a single block.
What is DeFi?
Decentralized finance (DeFi) is a new financial technology that uses secure distributed ledgers like those used by cryptocurrencies.
Decentralized finance gets rid of middlemen by letting people, merchants, and businesses use new technology to make financial transactions. DeFi uses improvements in security protocols, connectivity, software, and hardware to make peer-to-peer financial networks safer and more useful. 3
Methodology
In this dashboard, we will demonstrate the following things:
- Ticker
- Volume on DEX by ticker
- Volume on CEX by ticker
- Liquidity on DEX, price
- Market capitalization, and fully diluted value.
The following tables would be used:
- flow.core.fact_prices
- flow.core.fact_transactions
- flow.core.ez_swaps
- flow.core.ez_bridge_transactions
Covered parts
- Ticker, Market capitalization, and fully diluted value.
- Swaps on Flow activities analysis
- Bridge to Flow activities analysis
SQL queries from
As can be seen from the charts,
- Flow is the token with the highest numbers in term of Marketcap, Fully diluted market cap, 24h CEX volume and 24h DEX volume
- RLY is the token with the highest circulating supply with $3.61B
- Apart from Flow, RLY and REVV are two most traded tokens on DEX in 24h while the 24h volume of RLY on DEX is 69K, just behind FLOW and the the 24h volume of REVV on DEX is 59K
As can be seen from the charts,
- Flow is the token with the highest share in term of Marketcap, Fully diluted market cap, 24h CEX volume and 24h DEX volume
- RLY is the token with the highest share in term of circulating supply with over 70%
- Apart from Flow, RLY and REVV are two tokens with the highest share of trading volume on DEX in 24h while the share of 24h volume of RLY on DEX is 20.5%, just behind FLOW and the the share of 24h volume of REVV on DEX is 17.5%
-
In January, there were the most swaps on FLOW DEXs, but since then, that number has gone down.
-
The day with highest number of swaps was on Sep 28, 2021 with over 8000 swaps on that day.
-
The month with the highest number of swaps was on Jan 2022 with most of the days had around 5000 swaps
-
The amount of swaps witnessed a growth during 2021 and even Jan 2022. However, since Feb 2022, the amount of swaps started to decrease.
-
The day with highest number of swaps was on Oct 16, 2021 with over $15M value of swaps on that day.
From the charts, the following things can be seen
-
The FUSD-USDT swap pair is the most popular swap contract on FLOW, followed by FLOW swap contracts.
\
-
Other swap pairs are not very popular. In terms of the number of swaps, this is similar to the volume of swaps in USD. Still, the USD value of a BLT token is a lot more than the sum of its swaps.
-
we can tell that most swaps on FLOW have a volume of between $100 and $1,000, while the other half have a volume of between $10 and $100. Also, since there aren't many trades for more than $100,000 on FLOW, we can assume whale activity isn't very high there.
