In the past 30 days, the largest transactions by gas transactions spend about 7.45M in gas most of the time with a few spikes to 18M gas in some days.

Most of the time, the gas usage is above 90% of the gas limit. Interestingly, those that set a higher gas limit (at about 17M) are normally using only about 80% of the gas limit, perhaps to avoid transactions going out of gas for large transactions.

The graph below shows that the largest transactions tend to use UST more than KRT as gas payment for these large transactions. Comparing it to the transaction type of these large transactions, it's found that the transactions that pay large gas fees in KRT are doing multisend transactions while those that pay in UST are interacting with Terra protocols by executing contracts.
