The graphs below show the number of daily transactions on Polygon and the number of active users respectively. Based on the graphs, the daily transactions had been declining since June while the number of daily active users had been stagnant at about 100k daily active users since June. Judging on this, I'd say that Polygon is nowhere near shooting up, in fact, it has reached the stagnant and declining phase.
