How many users are swapping via MetaMask vs other platforms? How much volume have these users done? Chart a comparison between the two, and show the following metrics over a time period of your choosing: transaction volume, average amount swapped, and a comparison of fees.
In this dashboard, we examine swaps in MetaMask and other platforms. In fact, we examine which swaps interacted with contract address 0x881D40237659C251811CEC9c364ef91dC08D300C and which did not. Then we compare the number of swaps, the volume of swaps in USD, the number of unique wallets and the amount of fees paid in MetaMask and other platforms.
We examine the data using the ethereum.core.ez_dex_swaps table. We divide all the data in this table into two categories. Those who interacted with 0x881D40237659C251811CEC9c364ef91dC08D300C and those who did not interact with this address. We have identified those who interacted with the MethaMask address with the "MetaMask label" and those who did not interact with this address with the "Other Platforms Label".
The total swaps performed on MetaMask were approximately 3.27M and the total swaps performed on other platforms were approximately 64.8M. That means 4.6% of swaps have been done in MetaMask and 95.4% of swaps have been done in other platforms. The number of wallets swapped in MetaMask was close to 1.003M and in other platforms close to 4.224M. That means 19.2% of the swaps were done by MetaMask wallets and 80.2% of the swaps were done by other platforms wallets. Also, the total volume of these swaps on other platforms is close to 506.68B USD and on MetaMask is approximately 8.33B. Given the number of unique wallets and the volume of swaps on each platform, the average in MetaMask swaps each wallet worth 8.3K USD, and on other platforms this value is close to 119.9K USD per wallet. The ethereum.core.fact_transactions table was used to obtain the payment fee. The total fees paid for swaps in MetaMask was close to 53.62K USD, which was close to 1.17M in other platforms.

The charts below show the number of swaps, the number of swappers, the amount of swaps in USD and the fee paid in MetaMask and other platforms on a monthly basis. As it is known, MetaMask started working in October 2020, while in other platforms, we see swap transactions in previous dates. From the charts below, we can see that the highest number of swaps was done in MetaMask and other platforms in May. But the highest number of swappers on the other platforms will be seen in May 2021, while the highest number of swappers in MetaMask was active in November 2021. The highest swap volume on the other platforms was in May 2021, while the highest swap volume for MetaMask was in November 2021.
