New and Improved NEAR Labels

A plethora of new labels have been added to Flipside's NEAR labels table. Using the labels, dive into which specific projects and project types (defi, nfts, etc) generate the most gas fees, have the most users, and have the highest number of transactions per user.

The Near network is similar to the Ethereum network, with the difference that this platform tries to provide higher usability, scalability, and ease, and ultimately be a completely decentralized network. In today's world, a significant number of projects and applications that are developed on blockchain networks remain in research projects and are not fully launched. The life of decentralized protocols is given to a community of developers who launch their own projects on these protocols. The Near network claims that a collection of expert developers and programmers from all over the world are active in this network.

In this dashboard, we will review near protocol projects in last 90 days. The main goal is to get the volume of paid fees, the number of transactions and the number of unique users for each category of projects (such as defi, dapp, etc.) and also for each project. Then we check what percentage of transactions were done by non-repeating users according to the number of transactions and the number of users. The purpose of investigating this is to understand the ratio of unique users to total users in projects.

Here, two very important tables are used in our reviews. The first and most important table is the near.core.fact_transactions table. This table contains the information required for transactions. Users' addresses are listed in the tx_signer column. Also, the address of each project is listed in the tx_receiver column. The next important table is the near.core.dim_address_labels table. By comparing these two tables and placing tx_receiver in the transaction table and address in the labels table, you can understand which project each address belongs to.

Notice: All the results obtained are in the last 90 days.
