    Methodology

This dashboard was created to find that users who staked their ETHs with Lido, still HODL or Sold their stETHs. So, in the first step, I will show the amount of ETH staked over time with Lido and also show the price of ETH and stETH in the same chart, to find the relation of the price with staking amounts and actions.

In the next section, I will define three groups based on ETH price and find the staked amount of ETH on each day and put them in the related group. Also, I will show the total amount of ETH staked in each group.

The last and most important part is to find out what stakers do with their stETHs. I split them by the price of their stake action and the price of their sold action. Absolutely some of them still HODL their stETHs, so, I will show them too.

As we see from the chart above, the price of ETH and stETH was in a downward trend since the beginning of the year. But on 15th March, we see a huge spike in the amount of ETH staked with Lido, which was about 197.1k ETH staked on that single day. At that date, there is no wired thing in price, but after that, the ETH price started to grow from $2,500.

In the first two months of the year, there is no huge amount of ETH staked. But in the middle two months of the year(March and April) staking actions increased. In the half of the third two months of the year, the staking actions were good but after the 11th of May, the staking amount fall down and users didn't stake much like before.

This is the time of de-pegging the stETH from ETH price, as you see in the chart.
