in this dashboard we’re going to analyze the overall metrics of Realms DAOs and dive deeper in the governance details of notable protocols/DAOs using Realms.
communities on Realms can use different governance structure to navigate their cause, NFT Community DAO or Community Token DAO.
for my analysis ill use FlipSide Crypto’s solana.core.fact_proposal_votes to track realms projects and also i used the data from Solana Labs’ github to identify the Projects associated with each Realms IDs.
Verdicts
- since the start of 2022 DAO activities (active proposals per day, number of members and votes) on Realms DAOs experienced growth.
- The Imperium of Rain has the most members and most votes on a single proposal among mentioned Realms DAOs.
- MonkeDAO and Mango DAO have the most proposals with over 170 proposals among mentioned Realms DAOs.
- Grape DAO has the total votes on all of their proposals with 2712 votes.
- May 2 had the most unique members voting on proposal in Realms DAOs.
- projects like Solend despite playing a crucial part in Solana ecosystem don’t seem to have many proposals and decentralized governance.
