The origins of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) are not always obvious. Reddit, a social news website and discussion forum, has demonstrated a willingness to offer its membership with simple access to NFTs. In reality, Reddit has been a major proponent of the cryptocurrency business, as seen by its adoption of cryptocurrencies as an alternative payment mechanism for in-app purchases as early as 2013.

Many of the features that Reddit has offered to its users over the years suggest that the site will expand its support for the NFT business in the coming years. It has also launched its own collection of NFTs that are given out for free. Let's first examine what Reddit is and how it operates before discussing their current NFT collection.

Reddit NFTs

The Reddit avatar marketplace sells Reddit NFTs. This marketplace lets redditors buy blockchain-based photos for a predetermined price.

Purchase an NFT-based avatar with a crypto wallet, credit card, debit card, or Reddit Vault. Reddit collaborated with independent artists to develop over 90 designs for the marketplace debut. However, tens of thousands of NFTs are for sale.

You may use the avatar on and off Reddit if you buy a limited edition NFT on Reddit. Buying an avatar lets you customise it using avatar builder items. When commenting on Reddit, these avatars shine.

Purpose 🚨

Considering the topic of this bounty that is related to reddit NFTs, this dashboard aims to compare reddit NFT lunch to the launches of other Major NFTs using three metrics

Methodology ⚡

In this dashboard the following metrics were analyzed for three collections of Reddit, The MaticGrays, and Zed Horse:

• Number of transactions

• Number of Minters

• Number of NFT minted

• Buyers and sellers

To gain data for the above-mentioned metrics, polygon.core.fact event logs table and polygon.core.fact_token_transfers table was used to extract data. The following contract addresses were also used:

• The total number of transactions for Reddit, Zed horse, The MaticGreys are 590K, 489k, and 16.7k, respectively. By comparing these numbers we see that the highest transactions have taken place for Reddit, followed by Zed horse and The MaticGreys, respectively.

• By comparing total number of NFT minters we see that total number of NFT minters for Reddit is again at the top first place with amount of 2.86M minters, followed by The Zed horse with 77.9k, and The MaticGreys with 5040 minters. So it can be inferred that Reddit has more popularity among users compared to other two collections.

• Considering the metric of the number of NFTs minted, it is seen that the highest number of NFTs minted belong to reddit with 1.215M NFTs minted, followed by Zed horse with 203k NFTs minted, and The MaticGreys with 4300 NTFs minted, respectively.
• Again wee see that Reddit is at the first top place in terms of the number of NFTs minted, compared to other two collections.
