ANALYSIS
Highest number of proposals , 23 in number, are seen on September 28th2022
8 councils are visible on march15 , 2022. this is the highest count for councils . on most of the days validators counts are 1 & 2 but on September 26th, 2022 , 5 validators are seen & on September 28th 4 validators are seen .
highest votes are casted on January 7th 2022 , being 35 in number . Number of votes & voters are directly related which means means when more voters then more votes .
ANALYSIS
By analysing these charts & graphs we can say that there total of 348 votes rejected& 1599 votes approved . On 30th August 2022, 1 vote was finalized .On September 1st, 2 votes were finalized .
On February 24 2022 1 vote was removed .
There are blank days in between when there are no votes . From 12th October 20222 to December 7th 2022'.
In between only 324 votes were rejected on November 16th 2022.
The voting period continued till 22nd December . In the holiday period no voting is visible . Voting options are again visible after 7th January 2023.

818 Votes were approved being 54.6% of total votes . Votes rejected are 169 with 48.8% share from total votes casted .
The ratio of approved to rejected is 81% approved, with a count of 149653
19% were rejected with 35103 count.

Proposal id 185 has maximum approval 10.3% followed by proposal id 221 & 16 both with 12 % . proposal 414, 192 & 46 has about 10 % approval. proposal 332 & 232 both have about 6 % approval

When we analyse the above charts we thar transfer activity is carried out mainly by alejandro.nearcount 743 count cryptocredit.near 875 count, whendacha.near 568 count, and so608.near with 382 counts . these 4 together are more than 90 % transfer of whole . Highest transfer is 25k by jcpacion.near .
ANALYSIS
While observing volume we came across the fact that the top 3 transferred volumes are sent by nf-payments.near with more than 25k volume alejandro.near with about 12k volume cryptocredit.near with about 4k volume . These 3 together makes more than 85% volume of the total volume transferred . Fourth & fifth position is held by Thegrace.near & james.near with 3k & 2.4 k volume respectively .
ANALYSIS
When we observe the weekly transfers by signer to metricsdao we can see maximum transfer activities are done in January end of 2022 & September beginning of 2022 .There were spikes on maximum days showing growth but on other days the transfer were less than 100 in number. Weekly volume transfer graph depicts that .maximum volume was transferred between November 2021 & October 2022 . Highest weekly volume was more than 10k.

The majority of new proposals are vote proposals followed by transfers proposals. The weekly percentage of proposals approved stays more or less similar as time passes. votes received by average proposal is 3 . Out of 603 propoals 488 is approved . At present there are 7 members in the council as 3 has been removed from total count of 10.The top 3 transferers make 85% of the total transfers. The top 4 users who have transferred to “marketing.sputnik-dao.near“ make up over 70% of all transfers .Majority of transfer volume to “marketing.sputnik-dao.near“ occurred in the beginning of 2022 in January . Users have transferred their maximum amount to marketing.sputnik-dao.near . About 36% of receiver ids have received multiple transfers via proposals. When we observe the proposal count it is amazing to note that maximum is null . maximum proposal is for vote type . Maximum amount of transfer is received by id blckhntr.near with 8130 near and rubycop.near with 8750 near these are followed by star-guild.sputnik-dao.near with 7.72% share .These 3 together are about 30 % of total transfer receiver . Most id’s are receiving a very negligible ratio. An interesting fact to be noted is that there is a single largest transfer by blckhntr.near whereas the second largest receiver rubycop.near has received more than 2 transfers . Maximum receiver has received the transfer once . About 36 % receiver id has received multiple transfers.
Analysis
We can analyse the share of voter by vote type. We can see vote approved by voter is more than 54 % & vote rejected is 36.4% vote removed & finalized are both more than 4%.
when we analyse the share of council by voting option we see 50% vote is accepted 40 % is rejected & 5 % is removed & finalized.
When we analyse the share of proposal by voting option we seemore than 78 % vote is approved 21 % is declined .4% is finalized % & .1 % is removed .
on analysis of vote by its voting option we see tha 82 % of the total vote is approved & 17 % is rejected vote finalizes is.15% & vote removed is .05%
On analysis of validator share we see vote rejected & accepted are equal with about 33% 22% is finalized % 11% is removed .
