what is Smart contracts?

Smart contracts potentially eliminate the need to take disputes to court and save time and money for the parties to the transaction. This type of security is mostly due to coding in smart contracts. For example, in the Ethereum blockchain, contracts are written with Solidity programming language, which is a Turing complete language. That is, the rules and restrictions of a smart contract are written in the network codes and no abusive person is able to manipulate them. Ideally, these restrictions help reduce fraud or hidden duplication in contracts. Cryptocurrency smart contracts can only be implemented if all parties agree.

I used the near.core.fact_actions_events table and found the records that had the action_name = 'DeployContract' condition, and then joined them to near.core.fact_transactions table , taking the minimum time of each TX_RECEIVER the first time the smart contract was created.

The total number of smart contracts found in the tables was 15011.

And also the most new smart contract is on September 16, 2021 with the number of 643 smart contracts.

For the second part, I considered the last 30 days.

This table shows all the new smart contracts in the last 30 days and their creation time, the total number of which is 779 smart contracts.

In both scales, berryclub.ek.near and v1.pembrock.near were ranked first and second respectively.

The most transaction is for berry club.ek.near with 468.6K transactions.

The most consumed gas is for berry club.ek.near with 8.247ئ of gas.
