According to the information available in the references, on Sushiswap platform , 0.25% of this trade fee goes to the Liquidity Providers who provide liquidity for that pool. It is added to the pool balance.

Also on Uniswap platform , 0.3% of trade fee goes to the Liquidity Providers

It can be seen that the amount of profit Sushiswap has decreased over time.
