This dashboard models the outcomes from the Aave Snapshot vote whereby it is proposed that governance delegates are reimbursed gas costs by the Aava DAO for voting in governance proposals. The criteria proposed and modelled are:

• Voters must have a voting power of at least 10,000 (configurable above)
• Voters must have participated in at least 80% of snapshot and governance votes over the previous 90 days (history period configurable above) to receive full gas rebate
• Voters participating in more than 50% of votes (but less than 80%) receive 50% of the gas rebate
• Voters participating in less than 50% of votes are not eligible
• The snapshot text mentions the status of a "Recognised Delegate" as a qualifying criteria when the 90 days history is not met. Given that there is no process for recognising delegates beyond a forum post from the delegate themselves, this has not been included in the model.

Available Settings:

• history_window -> the number of days of history to fetch
• vote_power_threshold -> the minimum voting power in equivalent AAVE tokens
• gas_price_gwei -> gas price in Gwei to be modelled
