Method:

To get the AAVE deposits and withdrawals from the Aave protocol, I used the flipside database and queried the ethereum.aave.ez_deposits and ethereum.aave.ez_withdraws tables, where the token was AAVE. To get the daily staking and unstaking of $stAAVE on the Aave protocol, I queried the ethereum.core.ez_token_transfers table on Flipside crypto, and filtered by the contract address of stAAVE on Ethereum, which is '0x4da27a545c0c5B758a6BA100e3a049001de870f5'.
