Eg: Flipside validator or angelprotocol. Validators like Galactic Punks have a giveaway of 2 NFT's to a random staker - to qualify you need to stake a minimum of 10 LUNA. The question "Who's the best validator" is ambiguous. For me personally, Flipside is the best validator as they take 100% commission but give out bounty rewards for your analytics work, moreover I feel a sense of belonging to the flipside community 🙏
